Why do people not understand that life is so delicate. Here is a little tip from me, Take A Moment To realize How Lucky You Are And Stop Complaining About "Poor Ol' Me." It seems to me that too many of people I know and people I don't know are all bitching about one thing or another. Someone asked me not to long ago why I don't go out with people as much as I use to. Well to be perfectly honest I am so tired of doing nothing but hearing people complain that to me it isn't even fun to make fun of those people anymore. It is not a competition to see who has the shittiest life all the time. Everyone has their bad days, but look at the friendships we have developed over how many years and why push them away just because you decided to be petty. So please, PLEASE, give it a rest. The laughter has left my face and if you know me that takes a lot. F*@K

I would like to take this moment to thank the cast and crew of "Picasso at Lapin Agile." I had a wonderful time being on stage with everyone of you. It was a surreal experience for me. Hope I get the chance to share the stage with each one of you sometime in the future. Now to be personal. Jaye thank you for believing I could do the part. Tony thanks for all the help with the show, I am very glad you were there. Jeanine, when Sagot went on you were right on top of it to let me know. The Chase family, thanks for the oppertunity to put a show up that no one else would touch. Also the same to Tom Amo and the Empire Theatre. Now the cast, in no praticular order. Kyle, it was a blast working opposite of you. You made Picasso that much easier to play. James, steping in the way you did helped us out in a way that no one can thank you enough. To Rich the same, also the amount of comfort you have on stage is increidible, keep going and always get bigger and better. Annie, you are no longer the little Dorothy that I knew, you have grown into a very great adult with a large amount of talent. Although the Tinman kissing Dorothy was kinda strange. Anna, I don't think anyone would have enjoyed or taken as much pleasure in throwing water in my face. Thank you for the costumes, and I wish you nothing but luck at SOU. David, you brought the king back to life, it was a pleasure to share the stage with you. Jim, what can anyone say about you that probably has not been said before. You bring so much experience to the stage, and we can all learn so much from you. Shawn C. you are so close to being better at this than any of us could dream of being. Keep going, show no fear, stop going for the laughs and you will start getting more than you can handle. Good luck with your show, I am always here to help. Christina, I don't believe there is any other person I now that would give a much freedom to an actor during that scene (you know the one). You are always a blast to work with, thank you for keeping me saine during rehersals. And to my wonderful wife, thank you for all the support you give me everytime I want to be on stage. Have you seen my ear? This is on of the best paintings of all time in my opinion. "Starry Night" by Van Gough. Love It. He was a genius but a bit of his rocker. I have really never shared my love of art with anyone before. I don't claim to know a lot about it, but I can look at two paintings and know, that one is for me and that one is something ugly done by a relitive.

It is just a matter of finding it, trusting it and running like mad when you find it. Picasso did. Why shouldn't we be able to also. This is me and my dad from the day of my wedding. I am having a tough time right now because they told my dad that he had cancer. It is a small amount and they said it was cureable. But nothing prepares you for the day your father, who in my case is one of my best friends, tells you he has the big C. I also have two uncles going through the same thing. I really hope everything turns out good for all three. I love my dad a lot. I am scared and only for the second time in my life felt vunerable. The first being my wedding. So if you are religous at all say a little prayer for my family. Thank you all for being friends.

Way to go AFI. "Frankly Scarlet, I don't give a damn." Yup how could there be a better line than that. I happen to disagree, along with a few people that I know. Whatever makes you happy AFI. Or as the Shark translated "Always F'N Ignent." Any way this is an Al Hirschfeld picture of Gone With The Wind. I am a big fan of Hirschfeld. Think maybe that can be my next top ten. Top Ten Hirschfeld Pictures. Gonna have to work on that. For now, my hat is of to AFI for the list. (Sarcasim) It is a good line, but I think that "Bond, James Bond" is a much bigger line to the film, and is used more often. Take care all.

Couple League

My wife and I played in a couples league last night. I had a great time, pretty sure she did too. She does not play all that much but did very well. She hit some really good shots. It was fun for me to just go out and play with her. It is a league that I set up at the golf course I work at. It will be an 8 week league, so you all will get to hear about it each week. Even if Golf Sups(what ever Walrus). Last nights event was a combined score. Which means what ever I shot combined with my wife's score gives us our total for the day. She shot a very impressive 62 and I shot a 35. For a total of...(just giving you time to add them together)97. Which was low for the night. I am very happy with the turn out (7 couples). Hopefully that number will increase. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. All said they would be there next week. Already looking forward to next week. Maybe we can kick some more golfing butt.

A Golf Top Ten

Yes I know I stole the idea from the Walrus. But this is my type of top ten. And I really like top tens. With the US Open on this week it made me think of golf courses that I want to play. So here it is my first top ten list. THE TOP TEN GOLF COURSES THAT I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY. All are course that I have never played.

Number 10: Spyglass Hill. First of 3 courses from 17 mile drive. This course is rated one of the hardest in Northern CA.

The first hole at THE DRAGON. One of the best courses I have played. They say "Send Me Your Heros." What a great line for a golf course add. The course is about 1 hour north of Truckee CA. In Quincy CA. It is a true test of golf. And the views are spectacular.

A Good Time Had By All

Had a few friends over last night for a little food, drink, and poker. Had a great time. Didn't win at poker though. Huh, wonder if any of that alcohol had anything to do with it. Just five of us, Myself, Scott(Peanut), Tony(Lebbie), Chirs(R8ER), Jaye(The Sleeples Walrus). We put down some really good food, Hambergers BBQed. The only way to cook them right. Hot Links BBQed, and Salomn BBQed. Never been a big fish fan but the salomn was very good. There is a lot of clean up to do. NO HURRY ON THAT. It was nice having a few friends over, telling stories, laughing like crazy, playing poker and drinking. I don't have a count of how much alcohol but it could probably sink a small boat. I remember at one point a bottle of Jim Bean was 3/4 empty. Only one person was drinking out of that bottle. It may be a long day at work today but hey it was well worth it. Have a good trip Jaye. Just as a start, I want to say Hello. Some friends of mine do this Blog thing so I thought I would give it a shot. Will be posting golf tips often. For those who do not know me I am a golf professional. So if anyone ever has any problems with their game feel free to ask a quastion. I will do my best to help any game. If I could give the hole world a tip it would be this "Take More Club" To many people leave it short to offten. I also act a little. Right now we are getting ready to start a show.
